All materials on the Site, including but not limited to videos, training materials, digital products, text, graphics, designs, audio recordings, downloadable materials, branding elements, course materials, and the overall look and feel of the Site (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by Tribe Outstander LLC or used with permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for personal,

Some jurisdictions, including EU member states and Switzerland, do not allow certain limitations of liability in consumer contracts. 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For disputes arising in the United States, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Notwithstanding the above, consumers residing in the European Union, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence and to rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Swiss Federal Act on Consumer Protection, and applicable national consumer protection legislation. Wyoming governing law does not override these mandatory consumer rights.

14. Children and Minors

Some of our educational materials are designed to support parents and families in teaching financial literacy and life skills to children and teenagers. All digital products on this Site are sold to and intended for use by adults — parents and legal guardians — only.
